The licensing approval allows the provider to launch commercial activities within the local market. VS Technologies will manage compliance procedures and day-to-day operations for the parent company. This arrangement satisfies regional requirements for foreign gaming operators.
Local Entity Requirements
The UAE regulatory framework mandates that international companies establish dedicated local branches for licensing purposes. VS Technologies now functions as the official operational arm for Playtech in the territory.
