ThrillTech has been granted a Category A1 Manufacturer’s Licence by the Hellenic Gaming Commission. This regulatory approval, announced on July 31, 2026, permits the provider to distribute its ThrillPots side-bet jackpot product to licensed operators in Greece.

Giles Potter, Chief Marketing Officer at ThrillTech, stated that the company is the first specialist igaming jackpot provider to receive this specific license in the region. He noted that the approval allows the firm to demonstrate how independent side-bet mechanics generate additional revenue streams for partners without altering core game mathematics.The licensing requirement exists because ThrillTech’s technology functions separately from the underlying casino games. The system utilizes a proprietary random number generator to determine jackpot outcomes based on opted-in player side bets. This setup maintains the original return-to-player percentages of the base games.
Greece joins a list of other regulated markets where ThrillTech holds certifications. Recent approvals include Ontario and Gibraltar, while existing licenses cover the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Croatia, Malta, Brazil, and Peru.
